Qualifying Exam for the Foreign Service Officer Examination

We are pleased to announce that applications for the Qualifying Test for the 2023 Foreign Officers Office Examination (FSOE) are now open.

The Qualifying test will be on 05 February 2023 (Sunday) and the venue details will be posted on the official websites of the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) and the DFA-Board of Foreign Service Examinations (DFA-BFSE) in due course.

Interested parties are kindly encouraged to thoroughly read the attached file for eligibility information, requirements, and access to the application form. Please note that complete documents should be received by the Philippine Embassy in Tokyo on 18 November 2022, Friday. Applications received beyond the deadline will not be processed.
