How To Keep Yourself Cool and Healthy During Summer Season

During summer, you have to concentrate in everything. If you are careless even a small thing leads you to a big problem. Everyone should know how to care our body from hot summer season. So, here we are going to see some tips to care ourselves and to keep our body cool from hot summer.

  1. Always wear mild – colored cotton clothes. Don’t use black or some other dark colors. Because cotton will absorb your sweat. If you wear dark- colored clothes it absorb a lot a heat and makes you too hot.
  2.  Try to avoid outing during mid noon. If necessary to go, take an umbrella with you. If you use umbrellas use light colored umbrella during summer season.
  3. You can also use sun screen lotions but use the right product which suits you. So, be careful in selecting lotions. If you select anything wrong it can lead to skin problems especially during summer season.
  4. Lot of minerals will be lost from you because of sweat. To compensate that take mineral rich items like spinach, milk, tomato juice, dates, and pomegranate
  5. During summer you have to drink 4 liters of water a day. If you are not willing to drink this much of water then you can have some fruits or vegetables which are rich in water content.
  6. You always feel thirsty during hot season. Avoid drinking any kind of soda drinks that has too much sugar.. Sugar doesn’t satisfy your thirst. Instead, drink fresh juice or better you carry a bottle of water with you.
  7. During summer season you need to get some fruits like water melon, cucumber, melon. These have the capacity to keep your body cool.
  8. Take a bath twice a day. Taking a bath in cool water during summer helps you feel fresher.
