The Partido Federal ng Pilipinas (PFP) OFW International Affair Japan Chapter held an Induction of Officers, Oath Taking Ceremony and Christmas Party last 17 December 2022, Saturday at Cindy’s Philippine Restaurant in Nishi Kamata, Ota City Tokyo Japan.

The Federal Party of the Philippines or Partido Federal ng Pilipinas is a national political party chaired by President Ferdinand R. Marcos approved by the Commission on Elections (COMELEC) on 5th October 2018, This organization was established to help rebuild the nation decisively by creating a society that is free of illegal drugs, free of corruption, free of crime, free of insurgency and free of poverty under the federal system of government.

The program started with the singing of national anthem, invocation was led by group President Mr. Edwin G. Reyes, and a brief introduction of the Partido Federal ng Pilipinas (PFP) was presented by Executive Vice President Noel Joseph Cristobal.

A symbolic pinning of PFP seal was held to all officer by Country Chairperson Ms. Joan A. Okada, while the Oath of Office was administered by Ms. Saidah Tabao Pukunum PFP-OFW International Affairs Committee chairperson via Zoom. In her message she gave thanks to everyone who supported and voted for President Ferdinand Romualdez Marcos in the last May election, In spirit of oneness in this Yuletide season, she greeted everyone a happy Christmas and a prosperous New Year.

Congratulatory message by Major General Thomson “G.T” Lantion (Ret.), Partido Federal ng Pilipinas (PFP) National Secretary General and expressed his thankfulness to Tokyo Chapter for the active participation in the last national election, part of his message , in commemoration of Christmas he reminded about the three (3) R’s, namely the spirit of Reconciliation, Reunion and Renewal of Faith.

Japan Chapter President Mr. Edwin G. Reyes in his acceptance speech reminded everyone to actively participate in all Chapter activities, meetings and assemblies, to work together without any political colors, he shared his humanitarian mission in the Philippines and requested everyone to try to help others in their own little way.

Before the program ended Ms. Joan A. Okada, Country Chairperson, expressed her appreciation for the support and cooperation of members and looking forward to another fruitful year of the Chapter.

During the program, guests were entertained by Ms. Malou Martinez and Mr. Rain Matsuo, popular local talent.

Ms. Myles Beltran Tominaga hosted the event.
