ADVISORY: For the safety and welfare of Filipinos in Japan in light of the COVID – 19 virus
For the safety and welfare of our kababayans due to the COVID-19, and in line with health precautions advised by both Philippine and Japanese Governments, the Philippine Embassy will continue to implement ONLINE APPOINTMENTS ONLY for passport applicants until further notice.

The Philippine Embassy will also observe the following precautionary measures and entryprocedures for all parts of the Embassy and Consular premises, effective immediately:
1. Anyone with temperature above 37.5 degrees Celsius is strongly advised to re-schedule his or her appointment and practice home quarantine. He or she may wish to call the multilingual hotlines provided by the Japanese government for advice.

2. Those who are coughing or sneezing but without fever are required to wear a face mask upon entry and for the duration of their stay within the Embassy and consular premises.
3. Those who enter the Embassy and consular premises are required to apply hand sanitizer.
4. We encourage the public’s cooperation to ensure that only those with business to transact can enter the premises. Please avoid loitering in the Embassy and consular premises.
We ask for the understanding of the public should some of the Embassy services take longer thanusual to complete, due to the above and other measures we have instituted to watch over the healthof our personnel and the general public.

Pinapaalalahan po ang lahat ng kababayang nakatira o may balak na magtungo sa Japan na angbansang ito ay mayroong mga entry restrictions sa ilang mga lugar at bansang may mga kaso ng COVID-19.
Kung kayo ay naglakbay o nag-transit samga lugar o bansang ito bago kayo dumating sa Japan,maaaring masakop kayo sa mga entry restrictions at pigilan ang inyong pagpasok sa Japan.
