At first, we will educate you at the headquarters so that you can understand how to work. Please feel at ease

Expanding Career Stage: Regardless of age or experience, we will leave the work to those who have the ability and motivation. Some seniors were in charge of opening new restaurants and developing new menus, and were promoted to managers in their 20s!

Work Location: Tokyo, Kanagawa, Saitama, Chiba, Ibaraki, Shizuoka, Aichi, Osaka, Hyogo, Okayama, Hiroshima, etc. (It will be on your request)

Working Hours: 10:00 – 23:00 (Starting and closing times vary depending on store business hours)

Scheduled Working Time: 40 hours / weekly average· Modified working hours by shift (Monthly)· 8 hours (Shift System)

Salary / Fixed Compensation:

• Monthly salary: ¥246,715 ~ (Basic salary + prescribed overtime pay): Graduate school / University /Junior College Graduate
• Monthly salary: ¥239,862 ~ (Basic salary + prescribed overtime pay): Vocational school / High school graduate

Education System / Training

1. New Staff Training (about 1 month) Headquarters training for all new staff for one month after joining the company. In addition to lectures on the food service industry, the history of BOTEJYU®, knowledge of food hygiene, etc., you will learn basic cooking work and customer service in the training kitchen. Synchronously everyone can go to a store inspection and acquire knowledge happily. During the six months after joining the company, we regularly hold head office training and one on one individual interviews.
2. Workplace Rule Training: Learn the basic rules for working as a member of society.
3.  7 Habits / Individuality Training: This training aims to acquire the mindset necessary to contribute as a “worker” and produce results after becoming independent as soon as possible.
