The Partnership Ceremony between ANA Holdings and PAL Holdings

The Business and Capital Partnership ceremony of ANA & PAL Holdings held last Feb. 8, 2019 (Friday) at ANA Intercontinental Hotel.

Introduction ceremony was opened by the welcome remarks of the following speakers; Mr. Yuji Hirano (President and CEO of All Nippon Airways Co., Ltd.), Mr. Shinya Katanozaka (President and CEO ANA Holdings Inc.), Mr. Michael G. Tan (President of LT Group, Inc. and Director of PAL Holdings, Inc.) and Mr. Jaime J. Bautista (President and COO of Philippine Airlines, Inc.) and followed by the guest speaker from the Philippine Embassy Tokyo, Minister and Consul General, Mr. Robespierre L. Bolivar.

After the great persuasive speeches from the big bosses of ANA Holdings and PAL Holdings, Q&A portion was followed with many questions from the different medias.

Mr. Shinya Katanozaka (President and CEO of ANA Holdings Inc.,) said “We are looking forward to expand our business relationship with Philippine Airlines so we can continue serving our passengers even better.”

Mr. Jaime J. Bautista (President and COO of PAL Holdings, Inc.,) said “We are honored and excited that ANA Holdings has decided to purchase shares with us, and this is a great privilege to celebrate this occasion by strengthening our ties with ANA, as we aim to build a good relationship and to move a progressive future.”
