◆ Requests to the people of Tokyo for cooperation

l Firmly implement basic infection prevention measures, including avoiding the “three Cs” (closed spaces, crowded places, and close range conversation).

l Individuals with symptoms such as a fever are requested to refrain from returning to their hometown for the holidays and other types of travel.

◆ Requests to businesses for cooperation

1. Restaurants, bars, etc.

(A) Establishments that have been issued a certificate showing that they have passed the inspection for thorough implementation of infection prevention measures (part of the Thorough Inspection Tokyo Support Project) and are displaying this certificate in their store.

l To reduce the risk of infection in situations such as at year-end and

new year’s gatherings, the following requests are being made for

December 1, 2021 – January 16, 2022.

・ Keep the number of people per group sitting at the same table to within eight people.

・ When groups of 9 or more dine together, the TMG recommends that businesses utilize the

“Tokyo Vaction App” service or other vaccination certifica tes, etc., to reduce the risk of infection.

(B) Establishments that have not been issued the above certificate or are not displaying it in the store.

l Keep the number of people per group sitting at the same table to within four people.

l Alcoholic beverages can be served or brought in by the customer between the hours of 11 a.m. and 9 p.m.
