Living healthily somewhat deprives some people in eating whenever they are strolling in the malls. To avoid overindulging, here are some tips on how to eat the following trending mall foods. For siomai, choose steamed over fried; avoid too much soy sauce and oil and consume only about to four pieces. Most siomai stalls offer gulaman as drinks but skip it and drink water instead. For popcorns, eat it after a real meal to avoid consuming large bags. Share the food with someone and choose the plain one to ditch out the extra calories coming from cheese powders or butter and the like. While for milk tea, go for the plain one and avoid adding tapioca and powdered cream.
