A new day and a new life is coming to GMA Life TV this July!

There is no better way to start the month of July than with the promise of a brand-new day and a brand-new life.

GMA Life TV, the international lifestyle channel of GMA Network, has been in the air for more than 14 years and is home to award-winning programs including “Pinoy MD,” “Biyahe ni Drew,” “Pinas Sarap,” “AHA!” and “Taste Buddies.”

As it continues to bring a variety of food, health, travel, and talk shows to viewers abroad, GMA Life TV emphasizes the significance of new beginnings and hope in our daily lives.

“This year, we celebrate 14 years of Filipino life as seen via GMA Life TV. And thus, we wish to remind our viewers that with every day comes brand new opportunities, brand new sources of joy, and a brand-new sense of hope. Life goes on, and it can only get better,” said Senior Assistant Vice President and Head of Programming Cheri C. Domingo.

With its new tagline “A brand new day, A brand new life,” the channel will launch new shows and enjoyable movies that the whole family will enjoy.

“Tols” is a sitcom starring Kapuso comedienne Rufa Mae Quinto and Kapuso actors Shaun Salvador, Abdul Rahman, and Kelvin Miranda. Pinoys abroad can definitely relate to this series because it is a story of Barbie Macaspac (Rufa), a mother who had to work overseas and leave her kids Uno, Dos, and Third to give them a bright future. How will Barbie gain the love and respect of her estranged children? Will the triplets live up to the name of their grandfather who is a famous barber? Joining the cast are Betong Sumaya, Arkin del Rosario, Raymond Mabute, Olive Mae, and Rolando Inocencio. Catch “Tols” on July 23.

For all the music lovers, be prepared to get a Last Song Syndrome with “LSS” starring real-life couple Gabbi Garcia and Khalil Ramos this July 9. This movie is about an aspiring musician and a yearning son and their struggle for their dreams as they both experience pain, love, and joy. Viewers should also tune in to the cameo of Filipino band Ben & Ben in this flick.

“Tween Academy” will definitely remind you of your childhood sweetheart this July 16.


Headlined by Barbie Forteza, Bea Binene, and Jake Vargas, the story revolves around best friends Kara, a cosplayer and online retailer, George, a boyish footballer-wannabe, and Mr. Fix-It, Enzo. Will they survive high school life while dealing with bullies and their personal issues?


Be prepared to be “Lovestruck” with Jennylyn Mercado and Mark Herras this July 23. Follow the story of Denise, a hopeless romantic who desperately seeks for her soulmate. Will she ever find true love?

Do you love coffee and romance? Then, this series is right for you. Watch “Heartful Café” starting July 7 starring Asia’s Limitless Star Julie Anne San Jose and Kapuso hunk David Licauco. The romcom revolves around café owner Heart and his investor and new found love, Ace. Will their relationship brew deliciously together or will they grow bitter with one another?
