Philippine Embassy, Meguro Church, PAG Turnover Collections of 2016 Simbang Gabi to Beneficiaries

The Philippine Embassy, Meguro Church and the Philippine Assistance Group (PAG) held a ceremonial turnover of the collections of the 2016 Simbang Gabi amounting to JPY 562,725 to the representatives of the victims of Typhoon Lawin in the provinces of Abra, Isabela and Cagayan. Each beneficiary was allotted the amount of JPY 187,575 to help in rebuilding and recovery efforts in the affected areas. The actual funds were remitted directly to the bank accounts of the beneficiaries on April 21.
