Nagano Filipino Community is responsible for organizing activity – The Nagano Regional Qualifying Round-Utawit. This is their 10th Year Anniversary for this singing competition on September 16, 2017 (Saturday). The event will be held at Hotel Kokusai 21 in Nagano City.
