Philippine Embassy in Tokyo Conducts Fifth Outreach Consular Mission in Isesaki City

The Philippine Embassy in Tokyo in cooperation with the Filipino Friendship Isesaki headed by Rudy Dela Vega, Filipino Community Volunteers in Gunma, successfully conducted its fifth annual consular outreach mission at the Kasuri no Sato in Isesaki City on July 29. Gunma is located 138 kilometers from the Embassy and home to more than 7,000 Filipinos.

During the one-day mission, a total of 125 ePassport applications and 34 notarial and civil registration services were processed. Consultation services on various consular matters were provided by the team. Also, a total of 100 applications for Overseas Absentee Voting registration were received.

A consular outreach mission was conducted in Hamamatsu, Shizuoka on August 19.

The next consular outreach mission will be conducted in Sapporo, Hokkaido on September 16.
