Ladine Roxas: The Voice of Asia

International award-winning songstress Geraldine Roxas, or known as Ladine, was born in Limay, Bataan. She started singing at a very young age. She noticed that she wanted to be a performer when she was in kindergarten. From school programs, church choirs and short TV programs, Roxas earned fame when she caught Saturno’s ear and eyes during one of her performances on stage back in the Philippines. Her versatility in singing and in music enables her to belt out pop, ballads, Broadway and even Jazz and Latin beat songs of Bossa nova and samba.

Roxas has spanned the globe, performing in places like Singapore, Kazakhstan, Australia, Canada, the United States and Europe.
Her fame rose significantly internationally through her album entitled “How Can I Make You Love Me?”. Many writers have featured Ladine in various magazines as winner in “Voice of Asia” song contest last 2001 in Kazakhstan, a program watched by millions of viewers around the world. Yet the richness of her humanity has yet to be fully revealed.

Roxas is a down-to-earth and a warm-hearted person, and the way she exudes her personality makes her more amazing. She is also a composer having composed four of her songs in her album entitled “How Can I Make You Love Me?” which released by London-based Candid Records. She collaborated with her producer, Vehnee Saturno who is a multi-award winning songwriter and composer in the Philippines. Her other songs were written for her by Carl Dimataga of Australia and Stefano Musitano of Sweden. She also released a self-titled album Ladine Roxas under Viva Records and Star Records – Meant To Be In Love.

Now, she is currently the managing director of The Vehnee Saturno Music Training Center and also managing the artists under The Saturno Music Production label and is busy handling bookings for lounge artists such as The Music@ts, Musicaliente, The MusicGlitz, Music Dolls, Music Power of Trio, Misonido and Present Perfect Band.

Her new passion is directing live mini concerts and corporate shows. She just also ventured into concert line production and handling all special events for the Lobby Lounge of Makati Shangri-La Hotel Philippines for 6 years now.
